The Art of Making Decisions

Course Description

The principal objective of this course is to teach professionals and managers how to frame real-world problems that are multi-dimensional in nature, having to deal with Criteria, Candidates, and Multiple Decision Makers, and to make “optimum decisions” that are effective, consistent and defensible.

In today’s world of information overload, we can be well-informed – and still arrive at a sub-optimal decision. This course recognizes that techniques needed for problem solving, are quite distinct from those needed for decision-making.
